Job Title: ATM Monitoring Engineer

Location: Plano TX or Charlotte NC(Hybrid - Onsite 3x a Week)

Job Type: Contract W2

Only USC and GC

Required Skills & Qualifications

7 years of experience in IT engineering or ATM systems monitoring

Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring tools such as Splunk Dynatrace and Tivoli

Exposure to Mainframe or HP Nonstop/Tandem systems

Understanding of payment processing and multi-data centre environments

Familiarity with change management and incident management processes

Experience working in Agile teams and using JIRA
