Job Summary

Title: Catalog Engineer/Mechanical Engineer
Location: Syracuse NY

Job Description:

We are looking for a resource who can do the following job duties : Perform data collection and data analysis to support customers Learn about HVAC system and Service components for commercial equipment

Maintain monitor and address data systems and databases Organize data into accessible formats Analyze and interpret relevant data trends and patterns Prepare reports for leadership Try to resolve the sales force requests using AS Built data from the different plants of Customer. Catalogue the service BOMs using the engineering and manufacturing data Need to work on creating the relevant service drawings using Creo. Knowledge in using the windchill PLM and PDM functions is preferrable. The person should be proactive and have good communication skills to interact with different cross functional teams and resolve the customer issues
