Job Title: Family Medicine Physician

Job Description:

Deliver high-quality evidence-based outpatient care for patients of all ages including preventive acute and chronic disease management.

Build strong long-term relationships with patients and families in a community-focused environment.

Collaborate with specialists hospitalists and allied health professionals across the academic medical system to ensure coordinated care.

Participate in inpatient coverage obstetrics or procedures as aligned with interests and hospital needs (optional).

Contribute to hospital and system-wide quality safety and population health initiatives.

Serve as a preceptor or mentor for medical students and residents rotating through the community hospital.

Document care in the systems integrated electronic medical record.

Qualifications:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.

Dedication to patient-centered equitable care in a diverse community setting.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in community-based or academic-affiliated practice.

Interest in quality improvement population health or medical education.

Commitment to advancing health equity and addressing social determinants

Must-Haves:

MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.

Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine.

Licensed or eligible for medical licensure in Massachusetts.
