Summary:
-
Apply systems engineering principles to develop and verify complex systems and architectures.
-
Evaluate and coordinate system performance requirements across technical disciplines.
-
Conduct analyses to optimize reliability maintainability diagnostics system health and testability.
-
Perform FMECA analyses reliability and maintainability predictions and related assessments.
-
Support planning organization and continuous improvement of requirements management risk and readiness processes.
-
Collaborate across teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.
-
Generate component-level FMECA analyses or predictions supported by research and team discussions.
Requirements:
-
Bachelors degree with 5 years of engineering experience Masters with 3 years or PhD with relevant experience.
-
Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science.

4 years of experience applying Systems Engineering principles.
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).
-
Strong communication writing and collaboration skills.
-
Ability to think critically and work effectively in a dynamic cross-functional environment.
-
Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).
Preferred Qualifications:
-
Experience applying the Systems Engineering V model to product implementation.
-
Experience with requirements development and verification.
-
5 years in Reliability Maintainability and System Health engineering.
-
5 years with FMEA/FMECA reliability predictions or reliability testing.
-
Masters degree in Engineering Systems Engineering Statistics or Mathematics.
-
Leadership experience through influence across teams.
