Summary:

• Apply systems engineering principles to develop and verify complex systems and architectures.

• Evaluate and coordinate system performance requirements across technical disciplines.

• Conduct analyses to optimize reliability maintainability diagnostics system health and testability.

• Perform FMECA analyses reliability and maintainability predictions and related assessments.

• Support planning organization and continuous improvement of requirements management risk and readiness processes.

• Collaborate across teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues.

• Generate component-level FMECA analyses or predictions supported by research and team discussions.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree with 5 years of engineering experience Masters with 3 years or PhD with relevant experience.

• Bachelors degree in Engineering Engineering Technology Chemistry Physics Mathematics Data Science or Computer Science.

• 4 years of experience applying Systems Engineering principles.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint).

• Strong communication writing and collaboration skills.

• Ability to think critically and work effectively in a dynamic cross-functional environment.

• Must be a U.S. Citizen (as defined by ITAR).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience applying the Systems Engineering V model to product implementation.

• Experience with requirements development and verification.

• 5 years in Reliability Maintainability and System Health engineering.

• 5 years with FMEA/FMECA reliability predictions or reliability testing.

• Masters degree in Engineering Systems Engineering Statistics or Mathematics.

• Leadership experience through influence across teams.
