Growing Law Firm in Miami Florida has a need for a Sr Attorney. This can be hybrid/remote with a full benefits package including no cost to employee healthcare coverage. We are currently seeking a talented Senior Attorney to join Kosmos a leading law firm in the this role you will play a crucial part in providing legal expertise and guidance to our clients. You will be involved in a variety of challenging projects ensuring compliance with laws and regulations litigation and protecting the best interests of our clients. This position is vital to our companys success as you will be responsible for handling complex legal matters and contributing to the growth and reputation of our firm. Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal advice and support to clients on various matters.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and review legal documents contracts and agreements.
- Represent clients in court proceedings negotiations and other legal matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address legal issues and provide solutions.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting clients industries.
- Manage and prioritize multiple legal projects effectively and efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law ideally in commercial litigation.
- Strong knowledge of legal principles procedures and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
