Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join a climate-controlled machine shop in Catoosa OK. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for setting up operating and programming CNC mills and lathes to produce precision components according to specifications. This position requires strong technical ability attention to detail and a dependable work ethic in a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program set up and operate CNC mills and lathes to meet production goals.
Read and interpret blueprints drawings and part specifications.
Use precision measuring tools to verify dimensions and tolerances.
Perform conversions including fractions to decimals and formula-based calculations.
Make adjustments to machine programs and tooling to maintain accuracy.
Utilize Esprit CAM software (experience preferred).
Assist in manual machining operations when required.
Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment.
Collaborate effectively with other machinists supervisors and engineers.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of recent solid experience as a CNC Machinist/Programmer.
Proficient in both mill and lathe operations.
Experience in manual machining a plus.
Ability to read and interpret various types of prints accurately.
Skilled in formulas conversions and precise measurement.
Reliable attendance and strong teamwork skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work beyond machining tasks when needed.

Work Environment & Schedule

Climate-controlled machine shop with an excellent team culture.
Monday through Friday with overtime as required.
