Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities: lead generation prospecting cold calling networking in relevant industries.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients (distributors contractors firms utilities).
- Present and demonstrate product portfolio; understand technical specifications; advise customers on correct products safety standards and applications.
- Understand local regulations standards and certification requirements for safety / electrical protection equipment ensuring compliance.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals quotations and negotiate contracts / terms.
- Achieve assigned sales targets (volume revenue margin) within assigned territory.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends; report feedback to management; suggest adjustments in pricing marketing or product range.
- Coordinate with logistics import/customs and after-sales to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on product performance potential product improvements or adaptations needed for the Saudi market (e.g. local certifications materials packaging etc.).
- Maintain accurate records of sales contacts forecasts and pipeline in CRM or other tools.
Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors degree (Business Engineering Electrical / Mechanical or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude; experience with safety / electrical protection equipment or related fields is a plus.
- Demonstrable sales experience (B2B) in industrial / electrical / utility / construction sectors.
- Familiarity with Saudi Arabian market: local standards (SASO IEC etc.) supply chains import regulations.
- Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills. Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Selfmotivated; ability to work independently; resilient; willing to travel within the region.
- Good organizational skills; ability to manage multiple accounts and opportunities at once.
