LEADERSHIP DUTIES
- Guide mentor and provide leadership and motivation to foster the agencys standards of excellence servicing clients.
- Independently able to drive smart thinking and sound decisions
- Thoroughly check the work of subordinates and give clear and actionable feedback.
- Actively address concerns raised by the team and concretely create solutions.
- Gives prompt feedback when needed and can receive feedback gracefully as well
- Present for the team when needed always has the teams back
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
- Ensure the timely and successful implementation of the companys projects and accounts
- Monitor project deliverables and timelines ensuring they are delivered on time and client is updated accordingly in case of any unavoidable delays.
- Provide guidance troubleshoot and initiate solutions for major project challenges
- Monitor projects to ensure they stay within budget and help procure necessary budget as needed.
CLIENT-SERVICING AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
- Establish manage and maintain healthy business relationships of team with new and existing clients.
- Identify understand and define the clients objectives and needs and translate these requirements into a proper brief for internal cascade.
- Ensure timely and accurate creation of Cost Estimates.
- Monitor and ensure the welfare and health of accounts.
- Ensure swift response to internal teams clients suppliers and other stakeholders.
KEY ACCOUNT LEADERSHIP
- Oversee consultations and executions of creative and digital efforts to ensure they are on strategy on budget and on schedule.
- Monitor and maintain the welfare and health of accounts while driving growth in existing and new business opportunities.
- Engage clients with an unparalleled understanding of what they need and where they can take their brands and business.
- Collaborate with internal members as needed to ensure holistic and timely execution of projects.
- Ensure timely creation of billing and collection processing of Finance and address any concerns that may arise.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT
- Works closely with internal teams and upper management for the following:
- Ensure all projects are running smoothly and brand relationships are properly managed
- Monitor and actively manage the teams workload
- Continuously elevate the standard and quality of service provided to the clients
- Manage internal team administration including employee requests recruitment and career development planning.
Requirements
- With at least 8 years of experience in any related field.
- Ready to take on award-winning breakthrough
- Excellent planning organizational and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- Open to work onsite if needed but otherwise have the flexibility to work from anywhere.
