We are supporting a leading international financial services organization in their search for a Front Office Senior FP&A Analyst to join their high-performing team in Warsaw. Their Warsaw office plays a strategic role in supporting both regional and global functions fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
As a Front Office Senior FP&A Analyst you will be instrumental in analyzing financial and operational performance across global business units supporting senior management in driving profitability and strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and presenting global Front Office reporting models and monthly executive packs.
- Analyzing brokerage compensation trends and variances working closely with Business Managers and compensation teams.
- Supporting regional performance reviews and contributing to profitability improvement initiatives.
- Evaluating underperforming business areas and assisting in cost control and turnaround strategies.
- Reviewing new investments acquisitions and hires to assess profitability potential.
- Preparing forecasts and budget analyses in collaboration with Business Managers.
- Reviewing support function cost allocations and contributing to fully costed P&L analysis.
- Enhancing Finance MI reporting including broker productivity and employee-level financial data.
- Supporting the development and adoption of Tableau as a primary reporting tool.
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis for senior management and front office stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 23 years of post-qualification experience in FP&A or a similar financial analysis role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret P&L and KPI data and make actionable recommendations.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems such as Essbase; Tableau experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of numerical and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
- Fluency in English is essential.
