About the Role

Our clients mission is to multiply the worlds healthcare capacity by building an AI-first medical practice that automates the entire clinical stack. With over $35 million in funding and partnerships with leading healthcare organizations they are defining the future of human AI collaborative care models.

They are seeking a talented driven Product Engineer to take on significant responsibility and ownership. You will be a key player in shaping the future of their engineering organization while working cross-functionally with clinical and commercial teams. The engineering work spans full-stack web development mobile development data infrastructure and AI/MLOps.

What Youll Be Working On

Developing patient-facing features on web and mobile apps to increase engagement and retention on their AI-powered care delivery platform.
Scaling backend infrastructure with a critical focus on stability and data integrity.
Improving their physician-facing care platform by integrating AI tooling to boost efficiency and clinical capabilities.
Building robust enterprise integrations including EMR integrations with healthcare providers claims data structuring and HIE records parsing.

Requirements

5 years of experience building new products from zero to one in high-growth environments.
A self-motivated creative doer who takes ownership of broad initiatives and navigates ambiguity with ease.
Experience at early-stage companies or through personal projects is valued.

Benefits

Salary: $160K - $225K
