This is rooted in EYs SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain FICO BPC Data & Analytics Customer Tech/Arch and SuccessFactors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.

The opportunity

We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain this role you will collaborate with clients and internal teams leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models processes and operations. You will gather understand and analyze business requirements translating them into technical specifications. Additionally you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

Your key responsibilities

As a Manager in Technology Analysis you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives related to DMC. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role requires regular travel to meet client needs.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.
• Track deliverable completion and project status ensuring alignment with performance objectives.
• Actively participate in client working sessions leading workstreams from planning through execution and closure.

• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients SAP environments.
• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.
• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud complemented by robust business acumen.
• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams.

• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones managing risks and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

In your typical engagement you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights into SAP capabilities in manufacturing and digital manufacturing cloud. You will lead requirement gathering solution design blueprinting testing and documentation. Additionally you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions overseeing configurations customizations and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.

• Ability to identify opportunities for additional services and lead specific RFP responses.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelors degree (4-year degree).
• Typically no less than 4 - 6 years of relevant experience within the SAP manufacturing business area.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and/or SAP S/4 HANA particularly in the Production Planning (PP) space specializing in Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• A proven track record of leading teams to deliver project outcomes within critical deadlines.
• Experience managing an SAP project or workstream and project-based team members in the manufacturing space.
• Strong written and verbal communication presentation client service and technical writing skills.
• Insight into best practices benchmarking peer company environments and previous advisory roles pertinent to industry-specific production quality management and technology functions.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Ideally youll also have

• Consulting experience with a focus on leading project teams.
• SAP Certifications in SAP Manufacturing Quality Management or related production execution modules.
• Experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) Quality Management (QM) Environment Health & Safety (EHS) Intercompany Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PP/DS) or Materials Requirements Planning (MRP) Live.
• Experience with the Production Operator Dashboard (POD) Labor Board and new analytics within DMC.
• Leading full-cycle implementations for at least 3 years in the Digital Manufacturing Cloud Space alongside S/4 HANA capabilities.
• Experience with new manufacturing offerings in SAP S/4 HANA such as Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) and Product Engineering and Operations (PEO).
• Experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
