What youll do

Youll be responsible for the product vision and roadmap and align stakeholders around the vision. Own the product lifecycle from ideation to execution ensuring seamless integration of security features in software applications. Moreover you will collaborate closely with engineering and security teams to deliver top-notch solutions. Define and prioritize product roadmaps ensuring alignment with security goals and customer needs. Analyze market trends customer feedback and emerging threats to stay ahead of the curve in application security. You will ensure the delivery of scalable and user-friendly security features. Last but most importantly you will foster a security-first mindset across the organization and promote best practices.

What youll bring

You bring proven experience in product management ideally more than 5 years within the data analytics domain. A proactive problem-solver you identify and address security challenges with a strategic mindset. With strong communication and leadership skills you influence and educate stakeholders across all levels. You balance security user experience and business objectives effectively.

Key Requirements:


Enterprise & Critical Infrastructure Experience

  • Proven track record delivering products in enterprise or critical-infrastructure environments with a strong focus on security analytics
  • Deep familiarity with regulated environments (e.g. critical infrastructure finance government) and application of security-by-design principles throughout the product lifecycle

Data Platform and technical knowledge

  • Strong ability to define product requirements for performance-optimized data pipelines that support analytics ML prototyping and large-scale database design
  • Understanding of data architecture with the ability to partner closely with engineering teams proficient in Snowflake Airflow and DBT
  • Ability to orchestrate scalable telemetry pipelines for high-volume data ingestion and transformation ensuring product performance and reliability
  • Able to visualize and communicate architectures across cloud engineering data engineering and ML solution domains
  • Skilled at capturing and prioritizing requirements for cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure including Infrastructure-as-Code practices with Terraform and ARM templates

MLOps & Applied Machine Learning

  • Experience driving the applied ML lifecycle: from model development to deployment versioning monitoring and scaling into production (MLOps best practices)
  • Expertise in aligning ML-driven product features with real-world security defense contexts including geospatial analytics risk estimation and advanced ML methods

DevOps & Agile Delivery

  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows (e.g. GitHub Actions) containerization and agile SDLC practices to accelerate product delivery
  • Skilled at embedding observability privacy compliance and resilience requirements into product roadmaps

Cybersecurity Analytics Focus

  • Ability to lead cybersecurity analytics initiatives by prioritizing features for threat telemetry ingestion correlation enrichment and vulnerability management
  • Strong orientation toward governance and compliance ensuring robust data lineage and observability are in place for security analytics products

Product Leadership & Strategy

  • Proven ability to translate technical requirements into actionable product roadmaps define measurable OKRs and align engineering security and compliance teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to bridge between technical business and regulatory needs in high-stakes security environments
