As a Brokerage Receivables Analyst you will play a key role in managing client relationships ensuring timely and accurate billing and supporting the reconciliation and collection of outstanding brokerages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the single point of contact for key clients across a range of trading products.
- Processing and responding to client queries regarding trades and billing ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
- Monitoring and processing trade amendments on behalf of clients and internal teams.
- Ensuring periodic and on-demand bills are correct dispatched on time and facilitating client reconciliation and payment.
- Liaising with clients to resolve issues preventing timely payment of outstanding brokerage and managing client debts including collection calls.
- Providing correct breakdowns to internal teams to support payment of outstanding trades.
- Managing and updating centralized documentation related to client service agreements and maintaining records of client interactions.
- Producing reports to support client visits and senior management.
- Advising on customer data changes and ensuring adherence to internal policies and escalation procedures.
- Monitoring and controlling trade amendments and escalating issues impacting client relationships.
