European Product Service Sales Manager
Job Purpose

As a European Product Service Sales Manager you will play a vital role in this journey by connecting our cutting-edge process control instrumentation solutions with the service excellence that sustains them.
You will drive service sales across Europe strengthen relationships with customers and help them optimize their operations through Yokogawas industry-leading expertise. Your mission is not just to grow revenue its to build trust deliver value and ensure our customers experience the long-term reliability and support that define Yokogawa.
What You Will Do
Service Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve service sales targets across Europe.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and emerging markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and organize service workshops to demonstrate Yokogawas value.
Collaborate with local operating companies to negotiate and close service contracts such as maintenance calibration and repair services.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct customer satisfaction reviews and drive continuous improvement based on feedback.
Act as a trusted advisor understanding each customers service needs and long-term goals.
Service Coordination & Delivery Support
Work closely with the Operations and Delivery Service teams to ensure timely high-quality service execution.
Identify future requirements for skills tools and resources to meet evolving customer needs.
Technical Expertise & Support
Maintain deep knowledge of Yokogawas process instrumentation and analytical solutions from pressure and temperature sensors to flow and analyzer systems.
Provide technical and commercial support throughout the sales cycle ensuring service proposals align with customer needs.
Support training for new sales personnel to strengthen service sales capabilities across the region.
Reporting & Forecasting
Prepare and manage European service sales forecasts budgets and performance reports.
Track key metrics such as contract renewals revenue growth and customer retention.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities providing insights to shape strategy and innovation.
What You Bring

Strong business acumen and a strategic mindset for driving growth and customer loyalty.
Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
The ability to translate complex technical concepts into meaningful customer-focused solutions.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
Proven experience in service sales within the process automation or instrumentation sector.
In-depth knowledge of PCI Products & Solutions (pressure temperature flow analyzers and sample handling systems).
