Technical Project Lead

Infosys is seeking a Technical Project Lead.In this role you will apply your leadership and technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Design Application development/maintenance and Testing. You will play an important role in associating with the key stakeholders of the project understanding the client requirements prepare a detailed design document deliver high quality code for a module validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation transition warranty and Project Management. Candidate must be located within commuting distance ofRichardson TXor be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel to project locations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• Experience or Core Java.
• Experience as Scrum Master Facilitating ceremonies (Sprint Planning Daily Stand up demos and retrospective)

• At least 4 to 8 years of experience or Java cloud technologies.
• At least 4 years of experience in Agile methodology.
• Work with stakeholders on Release Planning Product Roadmap and prioritization.
• Proficient in JIRA Agile Story Management tool.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Scrum Master or SAFe Agilist.
• Working Experience of RESTful APIs SOAP APIs Elastic Search APIs to understand end-to-end systems and interfaces to suggest architectural changes.
• Experience in handling Project Management Activities with Client.
• Experience in interacting with interfacing downstream/upstream teams for Web Application Understand Swaggers.
• Experience in supporting Production Releases as Java Developer and coordinate to fix high priority issues in the Release window.
• Knowledge in Version Control using Git for managing code in Master Hotfixes and Parallel projects.
• Experience in interacting with Business Stakeholders to convert requirements in Jira Stories.
• Experience in conducting Agile ceremonies like Refinements Sprint Planning guide team on estimations etc.
• Knowledge in Cloud Technologies.
• Experience in handling teams at Onshore Offshore and Client stakeholders.
• Good Business Analysis Problem-Solving Skills and Critical Thinking skill sets.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment.
• Good Analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements
