Position Summary:

Level One Under close supervision safely perform basic metal form product following processes and customer specifications Basic understanding of manual arbor press hydraulic H presses shrinker/stretcher machines feeler gauges straight edge height gauge indicator micrometers calipers weights materials i.e. aluminum Titanium Steel. and basic shop math. 0-3 years of exp

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Under close supervision safely perform basic metal form product following processes and customer specifications
Use C/S methods for aluminum parts all feature types (Flat Angle Contour etc.)
Verify parts to traveler specified inspection method (Mylar Template Tool etc.)

Required Skills:

Basic understanding of manual hand tools (Wrenches) powered hand tools hammers (all types) protractor lead bars(C/S) scale straight edge and materials i.e. aluminum Titanium Steel
Basic print reading
Basic visual inspection
Ability to lift to 35lbs.

Required Experience:

0-3 years of experience

Level of Education:

GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
