Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager / Utilization Review

Location: Syracuse NY 13210
Duration: 13 Weeks 40 hrs/week

Pay Rate:
Local: $2100 weekly
Traveler: $2726.50 weekly

Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager / Utilization Reviewfor an exciting Travel or Local job in Syracuse NY.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate patient care and discharge planning

  • Conduct utilization review and CDI processes

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate with patients/families

  • Document all reviews in EPIC EMR

  • Ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards

Requirements:

  • Active NY RN license & BLS certification

  • 1.5 years recent acute care experience (within last 2 years)

  • EPIC EMR experience preferred

  • Excellent communication and clinical judgment skills

Education:
Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred)
