Job Description: Assemble hardware of SCNC products using crimping tools torque drivers soldering iron hotplate and work under Microscope. Position requires the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with focus on quality and attention to detail.

Essential Functions:

Ability to read assembly drawings BOM wire list engineering change orders rework instructions and process control instructions
Fully proficient individual contributor. Works under limited supervision. May be a resource to other employees in areas of expertise. Assignments are moderately difficult requiring some judgment.
Mechanical assembly using crimping tool hot plate and torque drivers.
Able to lift minimum of 35 lbs.
Able to work on ladder crane and scaffolding.
Able to work under Microscope.
Basic hand soldering of SMT through-hole and wiring.
Good communication skills both oral and written.
High level of accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Plan and execute work schedules in conjunction with hardware schedule requirements
Responsible for the manufacturing of all hardware on one or more product lines.
Preference will be given to candidates who are certified in J-STD-001 Class 3

Qualifications:

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimium of 2 years of prior related experience.

Preferred Additional Skills:

Minimum of 4 years of mechanical assembly. Familiar with wiring harness assembly and coax cable assembly.
Ability to read documentation drawings and process control instructions.
Basic soldering skills.
Familiarity with basic computer skill (Windows/excel)

In compliance with pay transparency requirements the salary range for this role in California is $22.11/hr- $41.34/hr. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
