Bistro Food & Beverage Supervisor

The Position
- Guide and lead the team in a fast-paced bistro environment
- Assist the Manager with day-to-day operations
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering an excellent guest experience at all times
- Lead mentor and train the Food & Beverage team to ensure high standards of service and efficiency
The Person
- Holds a valid RSA
- Has barista and bar experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in a supervisory or management role including rostering responsibilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to high standards
- Punctual reliable and trustworthy
- Demonstrates a strong safety mindset
- Well-groomed and professional in appearance
- Brings strong communication skills high energy and a goal-oriented focus to the team
