The Engineering Co-Op will apply classroom-taught skills in hands-on situations.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Analyzes improvements in new products or applications and develop requirements and specifications with the engineering team.
- Learns Measurement and Test Methods and apply hands-on activities support development of Work Instructions and skills.
- Participates in activities led by the Engineering and Quality teams.
- Work within guidelines and specifications provided to meet project goals objectives and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
- Attends training sessions and other appropriate educational opportunities as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Current student pursing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Materials Science Engineering.
- Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
- Critical problem analysis decision-making and analytical skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
