Job Summary

Summary

Position can begin any time between January and June 2026.

The Engineering Co-Op will apply classroom-taught skills in hands-on situations.

Duties & Responsibilities

Analyzes improvements in new products or applications and develop requirements and specifications with the engineering team.
Learns Measurement and Test Methods and apply hands-on activities support development of Work Instructions and skills.
Participates in activities led by the Engineering and Quality teams.
Work within guidelines and specifications provided to meet project goals objectives and assignments in a timely and accurate manner.
Attends training sessions and other appropriate educational opportunities as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Current student pursing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Industrial or Materials Science Engineering.
Demonstrated results-driven leadership.
Critical problem analysis decision-making and analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
