Position Description for Clinton Community School District Clinton Wisconsin
The Clinton Community School District Board of Education in Clinton Wisconsin is seeking a highly qualified leader to serve as Superintendent. The Board wishes to have the successful candidate assume the responsibilities of the position by July 1 2026.
McPherson & Jacobson L.L.C. Executive Recruitment and Development has been engaged as the consultant in a search for outstanding candidates. They will assist the Board of Education in identifying and screening the candidates.

Location: Clinton Wisconsin 5 miles East of Beloit

- Strategic Accountable and Data-Driven Decision-Maker: A strategic and responsible leader who makes informed data-driven decisions to ensure academic excellence and financial sustainability even when those decisions are difficult.
- Culturally Aligned with Rural Value-Based Communities: A leader who respects and reflects the values of a rural district engaging meaningfully with the community and fostering a strong connected school environment.
Salary projection: $170000 - $190000 plus benefits commensurate with experience

- Selection of new Superintendent: December 15-19 2025
