Job Summary

Job Title: Respiratory Care Practitioner (Registered Respiratory Therapist)

Location: Neptune NJ 07754

Weekly Pay: $2232 (Travel) $1908 (Local)

Schedule Options:

Night Shift: 6:45 PM 7:00 AM 3 x 12-hour shifts/week
Day Shift: 7:00 AM 7:30 PM 3 x 12-hour shifts/week

Schedule Notes: Weekends and holidays required as needed; no on-call requirement.

Position Overview:A well-established healthcare provider is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to deliver high-quality respiratory care to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions. The role includes therapeutic diagnostic and educational responsibilities under the supervision of the Director of Respiratory Services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide respiratory therapy treatments education management and diagnostic services.
Assist in intubation and manage ventilator setup and maintenance.
Monitor patient respiratory status and evaluate therapy effectiveness.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and families on respiratory care and equipment use.
Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and patient progress.
Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
Perform physical tasks including lifting pushing/pulling and prolonged standing as required.

Required Qualifications:

Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Valid New Jersey license
New Jersey Respiratory Care License Active and in good standing
BLS ACLS and PALS certifications American Heart Association
