- Deep knowledge of HR laws practices and programs with strong business acumen
- Proven skill in conflict resolution investigations and organizational development
- Exceptional communication and ability to build trust across all levels of an organization
- SPHR PHR SHRM-SCP or SHRM-CP certification
Key Responsibilities:- Inspire coach and develop HR professionals to deliver both strategic and tactical support
- Lead employee relations efforts including investigations and trend analysis with a focus on fairness and proactive solutions
- Partner with managers and supervisors to promote positive engagement and strengthen organizational culture
- Guide initiatives such as goal setting performance management salary planning succession planning and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws while monitoring emerging regulations
- Provide expert counsel on complex HR issues including harassment and discrimination claims with responses to agencies such as the EEOC and TCHR
