Job Purpose
The DD eXPRS Analyst and PSW Payroll position is a full-time non-exempt position which has access to the Agencys comprehensive benefit package. The position manages DD related financial entries into the eXPRS payment system which includes monitoring revenue and expenditures for DD Program biennial rollover in-home client services comprehensive residential programs foster homes employment funding for local provider agencies and in-home staff and oversees personal support worker (PSW) payroll.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for accurate completion review and follow-up of all eligibility/enrollment/update forms (0337) in eXPRS payment system.
- Responsible for completion review submission corrections and follow-up of all Plan of Care activities in eXPRS payment system.
- Responsible for tracking and completing weekly encounter billing in eXPRS based on the documented progress notes in the electronic health record (EHR) system.
- Responsible for reporting and tracking of all service elements in eXPRS payment system.
- Responsible for assisting Program Manager with all eXPRS payment system drafts reviews tracking of relevant information and state submissions for services as necessary.
- Responsible for all accounting and financial tracking pertaining to all programs service elements in eXPRS and other systems.
- Responsible for tracking and updating provider payments as appropriate based on statewide assessments (i.e. Supports Need Assessment Profile (SNAP) Oregon Needs Assessment (ONA) Child and Adult Needs Assessment (CNA and ANA).
- Monitor all provider and local authority notifications in eXPRS payment system and conduct follow-up as appropriate.
- Responsible for review follow-up and submission for DD biennial rollover and mid-fiscal year rollout processes with ODDS as appropriate.
- Responsible for corroborating CDDP expenditures with ODDS and TFCC accounting department expenditures for accuracy and follow up on discrepancies when relevant.
- Responsible for review of all DD vendor packets for payment to applicable vendors for devices services and equipment.
- Conduct criminal history checks for providers on an as needed basis.
- Process State/administrative documents.
- Responsible for completing PSW payroll.
- Responsible for bi-weekly reminders and communication to PSWs.
- Monitor PSW email inbox for incoming communications.
- Tracking and recording data related to PSW payroll.
- Responsible for managing out of cycle check processes as applicable
- Responsible for following up and remediation for all aspects of upcoming and overdue Medicaid renewals.
- Participate in weekly DD program staffing.
- Attend all required meetings.
- Be a Mandatory Abuse Reporter.
- Some travel required for meeting/mandatory training.
- Other relevant job duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelors degree in behavior science social science or a closely related field; or a bachelors degree in any field and one year of human services related experience
OR
- Associates degree in a behavioral science social science or a closely related field and two years human services related experience
OR
- Three years of human services-related experience.
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment and out in the community. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.
This is a full-time position 40 hours per week. Days and hours of work are variable but typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.
