Job Summary

We are looking for a developer who to join our technical solutions team. This person will be responsible for leading sessions with clients to deeply understand business processes and thoroughly gather and analyze requirements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering and Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth sessions with clients to understand their business processes thoroughly.
    • Gather and analyze requirements meticulously.
  • Integration and Report Development:
    • Develop customer-specific integrations and reports based on requirements and quality standards.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless testing support and maintenance.
  • Issue Resolution:
    • Troubleshooted and resolved issues engaging directly with customers.
  • Client Focus:
    • Meet utilization targets and deliver project milestones on time.
    • Champion client satisfaction through an unwavering commitment to excellence.
    • Ensure timely scheduling for oneself.
    • Take ownership of assigned work items.

Qualifications :

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent 
  • 2 years of experience working as software developer in C#
  • A passion for programming projects and working for an awesome company.
  • You are excited to work directly with customers to delight them with custom solutions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in writing object-oriented code in C# and creating reports using Crystal Reports or a similar platform.
    • Familiarity with design patterns for solving technical challenges like dependency injections.
    • 2 years experience with C# Angular SQL Git and similar frameworks.
    • Comfortable using Visual Studio Github and SQL Management Studio.
