Mott MacDonald Singapore is currently recruiting a Structural Engineer to work in our Building Structures team. Within this role you will support the detailed design of civil & structural engineering and calculations technical reporting and support engineering tasks across a wide range of award-winning building projects. These projects include Changi Airport Terminal 5 civic and institutional projects commercial and mixed-use developments. We are dedicated to delivering large infrastructure projects to make a positive change for those who need it most.

The opportunity

As part of the role key responsibilities will include:
- Prepare outline and carry out detailed design of civil and structural engineering designs and calculations.
- Prepare method statement and engineering proposal
- Attend meetings with clients contractors and authority organisations.
- Visiting construction sites to carry out site inspection and site supervision
- Coordinate with various parties (team members clients government authorities) on design and stakeholder interface.
- Liaising and working together within the project team of engineers and drafters
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
About You:
- Bachelors or Masters in Civil/Structural Engineering.
- 3-5 Years expereinces in Structural Engineers with Building Servcies background
- Strong interest and passion in pursuing structural design engineering in a consultancy environment.
- A digital aptitude strong learning mindset and interest to commit to driving social and sustainable outcomes in all that we do.
- Collaborative open and constructive approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- A team player who is enthusiastic driven and committed.
