Job Summary
Were looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team. Reporting to the Branch Manager youll lead daily operations ensuring top-quality output while driving continuous improvement.
This is more than just managing productionits about inspiring your team building accountability and fostering growth. Your leadership mechanical know-how and understanding of automation will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead develop and motivate a production team.
- Identify and resolve production issues to minimise downtime.
- Troubleshoot machinery and automation equipment.
- Make timely decisions to keep operations efficient.
- Manage workloads absenteeism and shift coverage.
- Use data and reports to drive productivity and reduce waste.
Qualifications :
Youll bring at least five years manufacturing experience and proven leadership skills. Youre mechanically minded tech-savvy and not afraid of hands-on work. Youll also have:
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- A proactive action-oriented approach.
- Clear communication and accountability in leadership.
- Financial awareness to manage costs and productivity.
- The ability to train mentor and develop others.
