Staff Software Engineer (Platform)

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect design and oversee the development of platform modules and major product modules (web client server data access/model integration package customization).
• Lead the development and optimization of enterprise search Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and LLM-powered solutions leveraging Model Context Protocol (MCP) by Anthropic.
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance in design code quality and engineering best practices.
• Prepare and review technical documentation and detailed component designs.
• Lead solution discussions drive the adoption of tools frameworks and architectural patterns.
• Ensure software quality scalability and maintainability through best practices and code reviews.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system and integration issues.
• Foster a culture of knowledge sharing learning and technical excellence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 810 years of software development experience with proven full-stack expertise.
• Advanced expertise in Python and solid experience in Java (Spring Boot).
• Demonstrated experience with RESTful API architecture and development.
• Comprehensive knowledge of SQL and optimized data access patterns.
• Expertise in JavaScript (ReactJS/Redux) Flutter HTML CSS JQuery and HTTP protocols.
• Demonstrated experience with LLMs Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) enterprise search and Model Context Protocol (MCP) by Anthropic.
• Strong track record of technical leadership and effective mentorship.
• Excellent communication architectural design and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

Good to have:

• Experience withcloud platforms and DevOps pipelines.
• Exposure to micro services containerization and distributed systems.
• Prior work on scalable enterprise-level search or generative AI solutions.
• Contributions to open source or technical communities.
• Previous experience in mentoring or leading teams across multiple modules or projects.
