Internship at the headquarters in Suresnes (92)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

You will join the innovation department for the GoGo squeeZ and PomPotes brands at the global level as an Innovation Project Manager Assistant reporting to the Global Innovation Senior Manager. Evita your future mentor is waiting for you!

You will support the innovation team in carrying out these launch projects and help manage the performance of the innovation and renovation portfolio.

Your responsibilities will include

Contributing to the launch of product innovations and renovations

Coordinating the execution of packaging and in this regard you will oversee the entire graphic chain and packaging creation phases in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders particularly design agencies.
Leading in collaboration with the Global Innovation team the launch of certain innovation projects and overseeing project execution tasks with multidisciplinary internal teams (R&D factories operations etc.).
Contributing to certain consumer studies (concept testing usage packaging etc.).

Participate in the development and deployment of the internal tool for measuring the CSR performance of the product portfolio (Product Philosophy).

Support teams in presenting performance results and recommendations to decision-making bodies.
Monitor user feedback with a view to continuously improving the tool and tracking its use.
Finalize the integration and use of the new Pillar 4 impact to measure the impact of our products in terms of biodiversity pesticides climate and farming methods.
Support the tools digitization project in collaboration with the groups UX design/data teams.

Participate in the development of content for social media with the communications team and agencies to promote the brand and products.

Support the accounting and invoicing process as well as the process of sourcing samples and goodies.

These tasks are not exhaustive and will be adapted throughout the internship.

YOUR PROFILE

You are a student on a gap year or nearing the end of your studies with initial successful experience in marketing CSR/ESG or nutrition.

You are known for being rigorous and motivated with strong analytical and synthesis skills.

You are curious dynamic and committed to responsible innovation. You are fluent in English (your everyday written language will be English).
