Job Summary
Our outpatient physical therapy clinic is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist who is interested in working with rehabilitation patients on a part-time basis. We help people recover and heal from a variety of ailments injuries and pain.
An ideal addition to our team would be an individual who is reliable energetic positive and proficient with manual dexterity. You will enjoy a flexible work schedule and collaborate with a diverse range of healthcare professionals including MDs. PAs NPs and PTs.
Job responsibilities:
Provides manual massage treatments using accepted certification standards including Swedish sport deep tissue and lymphatic massage techniques
Educates customers about complementary clinic services in addition to relaxation exercise and body conditioning programs to enhance wellness
Coordinates with the clinic ordering protocol particular to massage therapy needs
Responsible for cleaning of massage rooms and replacement of linens between appointments
Qualifications :
Alaska Massage License
Team player attitude
Energetic enthusiastic professional personality
Must be proficient in multi-tasking
