Fashion Stylist

H&M Studios are looking for a Stylist for H&Ms full Kids assortment including Newborn Baby Kids 2-8years and Kids 9-14 years. You will together with the creative team be responsible for ensuring that the visual expression of H&M is consistent with our image identity where styling is a big part. This requires extensive competence and knowledge within fashion and the world of Kids.
 
As a stylist at H&M Studios you will be working with e-commerce productions on a regular an ongoing basis but you also take on campaigns and other asset productions showcasing our assortment.  
 
You will be responsible for planning and executing the pre- and on set styling with elevation top of mind in close collaboration with internal stakeholders.

WHAT YOULL DO

• Style garments/collections both in preparation and on set with a focus on elevating the overall look and feel.
• Connect with all children on set to make them feel comfortable and perform their best.
• Co-lead casting decisions for each project ensuring alignment with creative direction.
• Collaborate with H&M Studio art directors and make sure that the styling decisions are in line with the defines concept and reflect the image identity
• Represent H&M on set - working closely with the full team (art directors photographers hair & make-up artists etc.) to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Secure garment retouch in post-production. 
• Stay informed on fashion and kids trends to keep styling fresh and relevant.
• Be proactive and bring new ideas to constantly improve workflows and enhance shopping experience. 

Qualifications :

We are seeking a qualified and experienced fashion stylist with understanding of the fashion industry including trends styles people brands media art and culture. You are curious about what inspires both children and their parents and what needs they have. You have experience in interpreting general trends into kids adaptions. You have an eye for details and a proven track record in the fashion industry with a portfolio of work that demonstrates your expertise.

• 3 plus years experience as a stylist with a strong interest in and proven ability to work within the Kids category.
• A solid understanding of the fashion industry with genuine curiosity and insight
• A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment delivering consistent high-quality results at speed

• Passionate about working with Kids and capturing their individual strengths and personalities
• Creative with a sharp eye for detail and a flair for styling
