As a Middle Office Analyst you will play a key role in ensuring seamless trade processes and supporting the accurate flow of transactions across multiple asset classes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting day-to-day functions for Equities ensuring accurate trade flow from trading platforms to back-office systems.
- Maintaining robust processes and controls to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams clients brokers and third-party vendors.
- Liaising with brokers and clients to resolve trade discrepancies and queries efficiently.
- Preparing daily weekly and monthly reports on trade volumes and brokerage for front office and senior management.
- Producing clear documentation of team tasks and processes.
- Monitoring daily controls to ensure timely trade confirmations and end-of-day checks and communicating outstanding issues.
- Supporting or leading projects sharing industry knowledge and ensuring timely project completion.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- 12 years of experience in Equity markets.
- Good analytical skills and a strong understanding of trade processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with clients brokers and team members.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with a proactive and reliable approach.
- Motivation to work independently and as part of a team showing initiative and a willingness to take on new tasks.
- Comfort working in a vibrant fast-paced environment.
