Role Purpose

The Marketing & Research Intern supports the Business Development Services (BDS) team in Sweden by delivering entry-level marketing and research support. This hybrid role is ideal for candidates eager to develop foundational skills in campaign execution market analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing content across digital channels.
Support research activities including data collection market monitoring and trend analysis.
Help prepare presentations reports and client-facing materials using internal templates and brand guidelines.
Maintain databases and trackers for marketing campaigns and research outputs.
Collaborate with senior team members on cross-functional projects and initiatives.
Contribute to social media planning and performance tracking.
Provide administrative support for marketing and research meetings including minutes and follow-ups.

Knowledge & Experience

02 years of experience in marketing communications or research (internships included).
Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g. social media email marketing).
Familiarity with Excel PowerPoint and data visualisation tools.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Swedish and English.
Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management abilities.
Degree in Marketing Communications Economics or related field preferred.
