Responsibilities / 主な業務内容
Process Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources in compliance with regulations and client-specific requirements
Perform ICSR follow-up activities
Manage SAE/SUSARs (unblinding clinical trial reconciliation protocol and Safety Management Plan review)
Conduct reconciliations (clinical partner)
Handle personal data protection and product quality complaints
Collaborate with Medical Information and Quality Assurance teams
Perform MedDRA and WHO coding
Prepare database outputs and monthly client reports
Support PV processes related to ICSR management
Senior colleagues may guide and train junior team members as per SOPs

データベース出力および月次クライアントレポート作成
ICSR関連のPVプロセス支援
上級職者はSOPに基づきジュニアスタッフへの指導を担当
Qualifications :
Requirements / 必須条件
Degree in life sciences or healthcare-related field (e.g. chemistry biology biotechnology veterinary science)
Experience in case processing
Strong organizational multitasking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Business-level English and fluent Japanese
理系または医療関連分野の学士号以上例化学生物学バイオテクノロジー獣医学など
ケースプロセッシング業務の経験
優れた組織力マルチタスク能力問題解決力と細部への注意力
高い対人およびコミュニケーション能力
英語ビジネスレベルおよび日本語ネイティブまたは流暢レベル
