Job Summary
Team Technology Enablement
Working Pattern - Hybrid 2days per week in the Vitality Bournemouth Office.Full time 35 hours per week.

What this role is all about:
The AI Enablement Consultant drives organisation-wide AI adoption ensuring solutions deliver measurable value and align with strategic goals. Acting as a bridge between business units and the AI Enablement team this role identifies high-impact opportunities shapes initiatives from concept to implementation and embeds best practices for sustainable success. By promoting governance enabling training and providing hands-on support the consultant helps integrate AI into everyday operations. This will unlock efficiency innovation and smarter ways of working in collaboration with Agent Developers and Copilot Specialists.Key Actions
- Identify & Deliver AI Solutions: Work with business teams to uncover AI opportunities shape strategic use cases and guide them from concept to production ensuring readiness adoption and measurable value
- Enable Adoption & Best Practices: Design engaging training promote consistent standards in usability governance and risk management and embed AI into everyday operations
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner across IT marketing customer service and more to align initiatives scale solutions and drive creative applications of AI that enhance business outcomes
- Monitor & Improve: Track adoption costs and benefits while fostering continuous improvement and innovation in AI performance
- Provide Expertise & Share Knowledge: Offer technical guidance on AI platforms troubleshoot issues and actively share insights to shape the organisations AI strategy
- Engage Stakeholders & Lead Change: Build support for AI initiatives and manage change to ensure smooth successful implementation
- General Responsibilities: Adhere to the Code of Conduct and comply with all regulatory and training requirements
What do you need to thrive
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues think logically and analyse information effectively
- Clear and confident communicator able to convey ideas effectively to a range of audiences
- Experience managing several ongoing projects or initiatives at the same time
- Ability to adjust quickly and effectively when circumstances or priorities change
- Familiarity with training approaches and experience collaborating with training teams to support platform-related learning
- Proven experience managing stakeholders at different levels
- Educated to degree level in a technology related subject or evidence equivalent experience
- Proactive in developing your own knowledge and skills with a willingness to learn and grow independently
