- In all matters be a professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience
- Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services providing accurate and timely information
- Help customers with choice of products create/distribute quotations and place/follow up orders
- Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions
- Dedicated customer base (C) - district/projects/OEM/Key account to support Sales including KAM plan execution to develop and increase sales

- Experience from customer support or sales
- Administration sales customer service or similar experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Business and sales skills
- Intermediate level knowledge of all dormakabas product clusters
