Job Summary

  • In all matters be a professional dormakaba representative and aim to create an outstanding customer experience
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding dormakaba products and services providing accurate and timely information
  • Help customers with choice of products create/distribute quotations and place/follow up orders
  • Address and resolve customer complaints and handle claims or disputes efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist customers with questions related to warranty and contract entitlements ensuring they understand their rights and benefits
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions inquiries complaints and resolutions
  • Dedicated customer base (C) - district/projects/OEM/Key account to support Sales including KAM plan execution to develop and increase sales

  • Experience from customer support or sales
  • Administration sales customer service or similar experience
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Business and sales skills
  • Intermediate level knowledge of all dormakabas product clusters
