Job Summary
As the Porter/Valet at Mondrian Gold Coast youll be the ultimate connector ensuring our guests and residents experience the very best of luxury living. From personalised recommendations to seamless service youll be the go-to expert for creating unforgettable moments. Whether its securing exclusive reservations coordinating bespoke experiences or simply adding a touch of magic to every interaction youll bring passion precision and personality to the role.
THE ROLE
Daily concierge desk operations including inventory controls and adherence to service protocols
Uphold the Mondrian luxury service standards
Provide warm welcome to guests and visitors assist with valet parking luggage storage delivery and retrieval
Provide guest and owner requests and enhance service offerings
Address and resolve guest and owner inquiries or issues promptly ensuring a positive experience and maintaining high service quality
THE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience in a similar guest service/concierge role in a luxury environment
Opera Cloud Experience is desirable
Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach

Qualifications :
Valid Australian Drivers License
