Nous recherchons aujourdhui notre Directeur Sinistres France basé(e) à Paris.
Lopportunité
Venez rejoindre QBE France en tant que Directeur Sinistres et membre du comité de direction. Acteur et pilote de la stratégie de gestion des sinistres vous encadrez une équipe de 50 gestionnaires en vous appuyant sur des managers relais.
Votre nouveau rôle
Piloter lactivitéet conduite dobjectifs pour la France
Elaborer et mettre en place des procédures
Encadrer léquipe et développer les collaborateurs en démontrant des qualités de leadership et de coordination déquipe
Planifier encadrer et évaluer la performance des collaborateurs
Assurer grâce à son expertise technique linstruction des sinistres dans le cadre de la politique du groupe
Maintenir en continu lactivité et optimiser les ressources en étant attentif au suivi budgetaire
Agir en conformité dans le cadre de la politique mise en place par le groupe
Mettre en place et/ou suivre les KPI dasboards analyser les écarts et mettre en place des actions correctrices
Assurer le maintien dune amélioration continue pour garantir la qualité du service aux clients dans le respect des procédures internes
Assurer le pilotage des projets de transformation des outils et process - en local et/ou sur lEurope
Travailler en synergie avec les autres départements dont la Direction Souscription et la Comptabilité Technique.
Assurer un Relationnel de qualité avec le courtage et les organismes professionnels.

Votre profil
Solide expérience en gestion de sinistres entreprise en Compagnie ou en courtage dont 5 ans minimum sur un poste identique.
Connaissance du marché français de lassurance
Expérience en management
Expérience dans laccompagnement des équipes au changement
Maîtrise du pack office
Anglais courant

Claims Manager France
The opportunity
Part of the Executive Committee this will provide you with a chance to contribute to the success of our organisation and to join a company with strong growth ambitions combined with the entrepreneurial spirit of a medium local size company.
The position is based in Paris.
Your new role
Drive the implementation of claims management strategies and objectives for the region/branch.
Develop and implement processes to ensure that the Claims function is aligned to the needs of the class of business.
Ensure recoverable amounts are assessed and effectively followed up and approving significant claims within written authority levels.
Motivate and develop the team by demonstrating good leadership behaviours and through the use of management best practice.
Develop and maintain good client relationships with the insured agents service providers and the general public.
Ensure legitimate claims are paid following policy conditions by providing technical expertise and leadership.
Supervise the investigation and settlement of all claims within the team.
Plan manage and review the performance of staff via an annual performance review process.
Compliance with best practice regulatory/legal requirements and company processes and policies.
Continuous business process improvement including process and cost efficiencies/synergies.
Your profile
Solid experience in Claims Management
Excellent communicator with strong facilitation influencing skills
Team management experience (team of 50 claims handlers) and team leader management experience
Technical report writing skills
High level of written and spoken English
