Were looking for friendly fast hard-working and detail-focused freelancers to join our Gifting team this festive season helping us deliver our popular gift voucher service in the run-up to Christmas.

This is a freelance/casual role based at our Glasgow HQ just off George Square working daytime shifts between 20th October to 23rd December.

About our Gifting team

Our Gifting team makes sure that every customer who orders an itison gift voucher has a smooth and magical experience. We print pack and prepare thousands of vouchers every festive season and this year were expecting record numbers. Think of us as Santas helpers!

Were on the hunt for people who enjoy working at pace following clear processes and getting the details right every time.

Were recruiting a team to handle the full print & pack process between 20th October 23rd December. We will be starting people at different dates across this window to tie in with when our Gifting orders peak.

What youll be working on:

• Printing and preparing gift voucher orders from our website

• Accurately packing vouchers ready for delivery

• Getting orders organised for the daily Royal Mail collection

• Following established processes to keep everything running smoothly

• Use computers printers and systems confidently (training provided)

• Working with a friendly team to hit daily order targets

• Full training provided.

• You work well in a high-volume fast-pacedenvironment

• Youre organised reliable and accurate in your work

• Youre goodwithcomputers printers and systems/software including Excel

• Youre a quick learnerandgood withprocesses

• You canwork independently using your initiative to problem-solve when needed

• You havegood availability from late October untilChristmas

• You dont mind rolling up your sleeves during our busiest days!

Shifts & availability (OctDec)

Well be running daytime shifts from late October through to Christmas Eve with some extra people needed in November and December when our order volumes peak.

• Typical shifts:

  • Weekdays: 10am2pm or 12noon4pm (4 hours)

  • Saturdays: 9am12:30pm (3.5 hours)

Pay Rate

The rate for this position is 12.60 per hour. Shifts will be agreed in advance with the Team Lead.
