Optometrist Full-Time $250000 Income Potential No Weekends! - Olympia WA

We are seeking a dedicated and patient-focused Optometrist to join our well-established private practice in Olympia Washington! Ideally we would like our next doctor to start working by January 2 2026.

DETAILS

3-doctor a day practice with each OD supported by 1 tech
Fully-equipped exam lanes
State-of-the-art technology: Fundus Photography OCT Visual Field Corneal Topography
Revolution EHR system
General comprehensive eye care Co-management Medical Optometry Dry Eye treatment
Strong referral network and excellent relationships with local Ophthalmologists
Can do specialty care: Ortho-K Scleral Myopia Management (experience preferred but not required)

SCHEDULE

Full-time (40 hours/week)
Monday Tuesday Wednesday & Friday
8:00am-5:00pm
Thursday
10:00am-6:00pm (last patient at 5:40 PM)
No Weekends!
Patient load starts with 30-minute exams with flexibility to shift to 2025 minute slots as ramp-up progresses

COMPENSATION BENEFITS

Base Salary: $160000 (based on 5 days/week) or 15% of Collected Revenue whichever is greater
Income Potential $250000 (top earners are making this)
