This Technology Platform Director will lead the strategic vision development and optimization of J&Js patient engagement platforms including Salesforce Health & Life Sciences Cloud and other patient technologies. This leader will be responsible for managing the current platform while building the next-generation solution with a sharp focus on data strategy AI enablement and enterprise-grade security.
As a strong digital leader this Director will anticipate industry trends respond to evolving customer demands and foster a culture of experimentation to unlock high-value opportunities. This role will actively engage functional leaders across the organization to position Patient Solutions as a strategic differentiator and a catalyst for digital transformation.
A BS/BA degree is required.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$146000-$251850Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
