Job Description:

Johnson and Johnson is recruiting for a Technology Platform Director Patient Solutions. This positions primary location will be Titusville NJ with occasional domestic travel primarily in the NJ PA area.

This Technology Platform Director will lead the strategic vision development and optimization of J&Js patient engagement platforms including Salesforce Health & Life Sciences Cloud and other patient technologies. This leader will be responsible for managing the current platform while building the next-generation solution with a sharp focus on data strategy AI enablement and enterprise-grade security.

As a strong digital leader this Director will anticipate industry trends respond to evolving customer demands and foster a culture of experimentation to unlock high-value opportunities. This role will actively engage functional leaders across the organization to position Patient Solutions as a strategic differentiator and a catalyst for digital transformation.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the Patient Engagement platform strategy and roadmap aligned to business priorities for patient engagement technology solutions.
  • Lead modernization efforts with AI data architecture and compliance (HIPAA).
  • Foster innovation through experimentation and strategic partnerships.
  • Partner across technology and business functions to simplify platform capabilities in alignment with business and enterprise goals.
  • Drive adoption and measure impact through defined platform objectives and key results

Qualifications

A BS/BA degree is required.

  • 10 years in Life Sciences is required.
  • 5 years in CRM/platform leadership is required.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale digital platforms and cross-functional teams is required.
  • Experience with or similar enterprise SAAS CRM platforms is required.
  • Hands-on working knowledge of Agile development and Product Management methodologies are required
  • Experience with Patient Support Services and/or Hub Service Management is preferred.
  • Experience navigating multiple simultaneous priorities and operate with poise and integrity in a high-profile and fast evolving environment is required.
  • Demonstrable experience leading diverse global teams for program/project implementation deployment and product management is required.
  • Strong decision-making consulting & executive level business communication and presentation skills is required.
  • Collaborative spirit that leads and influences teams and partners to experiment with technology and establish shared platforms to drive business results is required.
  • Experience with leading technology products supporting SPI/PHI data and understanding HIPAA regulations and requirements is preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$146000-$251850

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
