Description

The Mortgage Production Supervisor helps manage the pipeline and quality of loans completed for assigned clients by effectively managing a team of Mortgage Auditors.

Location: This position is based in our Draper UT office. Position will allow for a hybrid 2 days in-office schedule after training.

Responsibilities:

Manages a pipeline of specific clients on a daily basis.
Provides regular communication to team on the production goals for the day.
Oversees the assignment of files to individual auditors to ensure they are productive throughout the work shift.
Assesses quality and throughput of each member of the team.
Facilitates action plans training and disciplinary action as needed.
Resolves problems answers questions and appropriately escalates issues to appropriate leadership for resolution.
Attends calibration meetings with clients.
Conducts individual meetings with team members.
Communicates effectively changes and announcements relevant to team.
Monitors and approves schedules time worked time off and other payroll requests.

Requirements

Familiar with basic TRID guidelines
Advanced knowledge in all GSE guidelines
Capable of making oneself accessible to others in the organization freely and can assist others in a courteous and swift manner; Ability to navigate a variety of different individual personalities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite and demonstrable advanced MS Excel skills

Preferred Qualifications:

10 years of Mortgage Underwriting experience
8 years of Mortgage Processing experience
Prior supervisory experience
