What you will be doing
The Fleet & MRO Manager is a key leadership role in the services organisation accountable for ensuring that all contracted maintenance activities are planned enabled optimised and executed. It is primarily a programme management role to ensure these activities are optimised in the delivery of quality cost and delivery - achieving and exceeding the business targets. Interfacing with the customer and the wider organisation to understand the total maintenance requirement and develop an integrated and optimised plan across the defence business to deliver. The Fleet & MRO Manager role may combine tactical fleet management and maintenance delivery activities depending on the specific customer and contract. The Fleet and MRO Manager will define the maintenance strategy and work with the business to develop the capability required to enact.
Responsibilities
This specific opportunity is as the Fleet & MRO Manager for the TP400 managing maintenance activities across multiple contracts and nations including for the UK MOD.
