Personal Lines Account Manager

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $50000 - $65000 (depending on experience) commission

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to clients managing standard personal lines accounts such as home auto umbrella renters/condos boats and motorcycles.
- Handle client-facing interactions ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business leveraging your expertise to meet client needs.
- Utilize agency managementsoftware to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members to support departmental goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in personal lines account management. Experience with Nationwide Travelers and Progressive Insurance is a significant plus.
- Skills: Strong client service orientation excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Technical Proficiency: AMS360 experience is a significant plus.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
