InsideSales Representative

Location: Springfield Ohio

As anInsideSales Representative youllserve as the liaison betweenoutside salespartners within the organization and existing customers. Youll be responsible formanaging customer orders communicating with customers regarding out-of-stocks and substitution options strengthening customer relationships utilizing e-Commerce technologies scheduling exception deliveriesdeterminingcredits for customers when appropriate and more!Youll help them to achieve their goals and in return yours!

High school diplomaor equivalentrequired
Two years of previous customer service experience or an equivalent combination of education training and experience
