At Orangetheory Fitness were not just a gymwere a movement thats changing lives every day. Were looking for a Sales Manager who is motivated energetic and ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- $19-$21/hr (depending on experience)
- Annual Pay: $40000-$44000
- Commissions: Up to $3500/year
- Paid Vacation: 1 week per year

- Flexible Scheduling (Workdays Weekends Mornings or Evenings available)
- Drive Sales: Engage with potential members explain the benefits of Orangetheory and close membership sales
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Create a welcoming and motivating environment for all clients
- Manage Studio Operations: Help manage daily studio operations including multitasking during busy hours
- Promote Orangetheory: Participate in community outreach and marketing efforts to build membership
- Motivate and Inspire: Youll be the face of the studio ensuring every member has a positive experience
- Sales Expertise: 1 years of sales experience (preferred)
- Customer Service Skills: 1 years of experience delivering high-quality customer service (preferred)
- Self-Motivated: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Team Player: A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask are crucial
- Passion for Fitness: If youve ever wanted a career in fitness but werent sure how to get started this is the job for you!
- Must be available to work weekdays and weekends in morning and/or evening shifts
- Hours will not exceed 40 hours per week (no overtime)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Experience in sales and customer service (preferred)

Orangetheory is a science-based full-body workout that uses technology to measure performance so members can prove they are a 60-minute class led by a highly trained and certified coach members target at least twelve minutes in the Orange Zone to raise their heart rate and charge up metabolism. The result is an increase in calorie burn post-workout backed by the science of excess post-exercise oxygen consumption (EPOC). After twelve minutes of hard work in the Orange Zone your body burns additional calories as you recover over the next 24 hours.
