Overview: Join Bureau Veritas a global leader in testing inspection and certification services. We are looking for a responsible Energy Auditor for evaluating energy usage in buildings facilities or industrial systems and identifying opportunities to improve energy efficiency. This role involves conducting site inspections analyzing data and recommending cost-effective solutions to reduce energy consumption and environmental impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed energy audits of commercial industrial or residential facilities.
- Collect and analyze data on energy usage equipment performance and operational practices.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend energy-saving measures (e.g. lighting upgrades HVAC improvements insulation).
- Prepare comprehensive audit reports with findings recommendations and cost-benefit analyses.
- Assist clients in implementing energy efficiency projects and monitor post-implementation performance.
- Stay updated on energy regulations technologies and incentive programs.
- Collaborate with engineering maintenance and sustainability teams to support energy goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering Energy Management or a related field.
- Certification as a Certified Energy Auditor (CEA) Certified Energy Manager (CEM)or equivalent is preferred.
- 1 years of experience in energy auditing building systems or sustainability consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in energy modeling tools and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
