Job Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Pipefitter to join our team in the West Midlands for a long-term contract.

The successful candidate will be working in a state-of-the-art workshop on the assembly of HVAC Modular Substations. This role offers a fantastic alternative to site-based work providing a consistent environment regular hours and stable work. Our facility is easily commutable from across the Midlands including Birmingham Worcester and Coventry.

Key Responsibilities:

Installation of small to medium-bore pipework for complex HVAC systems.

Working confidently with a range of materials including copper and carbon steel.

Performing brazing soldering and threading of pipework to a high standard.

Reading and interpreting mechanical and piping layout drawings (P&IDs).

Carrying out pressure testing on installed systems to ensure quality and integrity.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Essential: Must hold a valid CSCS Skill Card (Blue or Gold).

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Pipefitting Plumbing or a related Mechanical Engineering discipline.

Demonstrable experience in commercial or industrial pipework installation is essential.

Experience with HVAC systems is highly advantageous.

IPAF or PASMA certifications are desirable but not essential.
