What you will do-
- Train and develop Stryker customers and employees to support MAKO business growth and market penetration.
- Launch new account across in Uberlândia Minas Gerais.
- Serve as a MAKO clinical expert and provide product clinical support and guidance to customers. Use proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans for use in conjunction with the companys Robotic Arm assists surgeon in preoperative robotic procedure surgical planning.
- Actively sell the clinical benefits of the products and build strong positive relationships with key surgeons and Theatre staff at Stryker accounts.
- Mentor and certify new local MPSs by delivering on job training and guidance following companys policies.
- Support the development and delivery of training and education programs for Stryker employees and regional customers on MAKO products.
- Collaborate with regional training teams in communications and negotiations with government and professional bodies to ensure the accreditation of courses as needed.
- Support regional sales and marketing efforts through the delivery of road-show product demonstrations and participation in local and regional marketing and clinical conferences. Provide potential customers with opportunity to experience product in use and explain its clinical value.
What you need-
Required:
- Technical Degree and/or bachelors degree in biomedical engineering Surgical Instrumentalist or other Healthcare related areas.
- Fluency in English.
- Experience in the hospital and surgical environment.
- Previous experience providing clinical and surgical support in the Operating Room including guidance for surgeons and clinical staff.
- Available for travel and flexible work schedule.
Desired:
- Previous experience working with robotic surgery.
- Previous experience working with Orthopedics.
Travel Percentage: 50%
