Position Summary:As a Concierge Residences you will be the primary point of contact for residents and guests delivering personalized and anticipatory service that reflects the luxury standards of The St. Regis brand. You will coordinate special arrangements provide local insights and ensure every interaction is handled with discretion professionalism and genuine care.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond promptly to residents and guests requests for services such as transportation dining reservations housekeeping dry cleaning and maintenance.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external providers to fulfill requests efficiently.
- Provide accurate information about the property amenities and surrounding area including local attractions and events.
- Monitor common areas and lounges for service quality safety and guest comfort.
- Maintain a visible and welcoming presence at the reception desk.
- Document daily activities and updates in shift logbooks.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and complete required training.
- Uphold grooming standards confidentiality and asset protection policies.
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues and contribute to a culture of excellence.
Qualifications:- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Experience: No prior experience required; training provided
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Professional demeanor and presentation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Physical Requirements:- Ability to stand sit or walk for extended periods
- Capable of lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds without assistance
